Warranty Activation – Spindles

At NF Trading, repair quality is a top priority. That’s why we offer a dedicated warranty on all repaired spindles, ensuring full customer protection while complying with the highest technical standards.

🛠️ Warranty Activation

The warranty is valid only from the date of formal activation by the customer and remains effective for 6 months or up to 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

To ensure coverage remains valid, the customer is required to:

  • Activate the warranty within 24 hours of spindle installation by filling out the dedicated online form.

  • Confirm receipt of the activation email. If no confirmation is received, please contact NF Trading promptly.

⚠️ Failure to activate the warranty or provide complete information may result in the warranty being voided.

📌 Validity Conditions

The warranty covers any defects related to the repair process or to the replacement parts used during servicing.

The following are not covered:

  • Malfunctions caused by accidental damage, such as collisions with metal parts (e.g., drill stubs)

  • Abnormal wear identified during inspection, inconsistent with the declared activation date

  • Installation performed by unqualified personnel

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty excludes:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or harsh environmental conditions

  • Overloading or unauthorized modifications

  • Interventions carried out by unauthorized third parties

  • Normal mechanical wear and tear

🔍 Claims and Inspections

If a defect is suspected to be covered under warranty, the customer is entitled to request a technical inspection. To do so, the following steps must be taken:

  • Submit any claims within 2 weeks of delivery in the case of visible damage

  • Allow NF Trading to conduct technical evaluations on the item

  • Provide supporting documentation if claiming under warranty

⚖️ Contractual Terms

In accordance with current regulations:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to minor or non-structural defects

  • If the customer chooses to withdraw from the contract, they forfeit any right to compensation
