Negli ultimi anni i produttori di circuiti stampati hanno dovuto affrontare parecchie problematiche dovute alla lavorazione di materiali pi\u00f9 performanti utilizzati per l’assemblaggio, sia nel settore delle telecomunicazioni, che in quello militare, medicale etc. <\/span><\/p>\n

Materiali halogen free, IMS e laminati con diversi tipi di fillers influenzano notevolmente le prestazioni e la durata degli utensili in metallo duro normalmente utilizzati per la lavorazione dei circuiti. <\/span><\/p>\n

La riduzione dei parametri e la minor durata delle punte hanno causato un aumento considerevole dei costi di produzione.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Molti produttori hanno pertanto preferito utilizzare utensili trattati al diamantate per rispondere alle crescenti difficolt\u00e0 di resa e sopperire all’aumento dei costi.<\/span><\/p>\n
