Riaffilatura Punte<\/b>:\u00a0<\/span><\/span>E’ disponibile il servizio di riaffilatura di punte standard<\/a><\/span>\u00a0da mm 0,15 a 9,00 mm, per punte per cave, autocentranti e con rompitrucciolo.
Una punta riaffilata non avr\u00e0 mai le stesse prestazioni di una punta nuova pertanto si raccomanda di effettuare un numero di battute del 20% inferiore.
Si raccomanda al Cliente di far effettuare la riaffilatura quando lo spessore del tagliente ha raggiunto uno stato di usura del 30%.
Non siamo gli unici a riaffilare gli utensili, ma pochi forniscono al Cliente un riscontro in termini di stato di usura degli utensili, riscontro che pu\u00f2 rappresentare un valido campanello d’allarme nell’ipotetico caso di difetti nel processo quali ad esempio un numero di battute eccessivo, un’eccessiva eccentricit\u00e0 del mandrino oppure un’eccessiva penetrazione della punta nel fondello.
