Reafilado de Brocas<\/b>: <\/span><\/span>Est\u00e1 disponible el servicio de reafilado de brocas est\u00e1ndar<\/a><\/span> de 0,15 mm a 9,00 mm, para brocas de ranuras, autocentrantes y con rompevirutas.
Una broca reafilada nunca tendr\u00e1 las mismas prestaciones que una broca nueva, por lo que se recomienda realizar un n\u00famero de golpes un 20% inferior.
Se recomienda al Cliente realizar el reafilado cuando el espesor del filo haya alcanzado un estado de desgaste del 30%.
No somos los \u00fanicos que reafilan las herramientas, pero pocos proporcionan al Cliente una retroalimentaci\u00f3n sobre el estado de desgaste de las herramientas, informaci\u00f3n que puede representar una v\u00e1lida se\u00f1al de alerta en el hipot\u00e9tico caso de defectos en el proceso, como por ejemplo un n\u00famero excesivo de golpes, una excesiva excentricidad del husillo o una excesiva penetraci\u00f3n de la broca en el material de respaldo.
