Warranty activation

The engine warranty is only valid from the date of delivery by NF Trading. The customer is obliged to inform NF Trading immediately of the activation of the guarantee, on pain of forfeiture. In addition, the guarantee is void if the technical feedback shows that the engine components are excessively worn compared to the declared activation date.

Engine warranty:

The repaired engine is covered by a warranty against repair defects for a maximum of 1000 working hours and in any case for a maximum period of 6 months. During this period, we undertake to repair any motor which, after a technical check by us, appears to be defective for reasons other than inexperience on the part of the customer. In this case, the repair will be carried out by NF Trading, who will bear any transport costs. It is not possible to exercise the right to terminate the contract in the event of minor breaches of the contract, in particular in the event of minor defects and serious defects. If the customer decides to terminate the contract, he will not be able to claim any compensation.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper use, excessive stress, modifications to the product or similar. The customer bears the burden of proof in all cases covered by the guarantee.
The Customer must allow NF Trading to inspect the item he considers defective.
In the case of obvious defects, the customer must make a claim within 2 weeks of delivery. This is without prejudice to the obligations to inspect and complain in accordance with current legislation.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the individual contracts, NF Trading does not provide any other guarantees within the meaning of the law.
