The DA30-R type is a 3.175mm shank diamond cutter with a right-hand cutting edge and a 30° helix, available in diameters from 0.6 to 3.175mm. They are particularly suitable for hard PCB materials.
Type DA20-R are diamond cutters with a 3.175 mm shank and right-hand cutting edge, with 20° helix angles, available in diameters of 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.6 / 2.0 / 2.4 mm. They are particularly suitable for hard PCB materials where a higher feed rate can be applied than with the DA30-R.
The CA20-R drills are spiral drills with a 3.175 mm shank and a right-hand cutting edge with 20° helix angle, available in diameters from 0.6 to 3.175 mm. They are particularly suitable for hard and soft PCB materials.
EA30-R cutters are double-flute cutters with a 3.175 mm shank diameter and a dovetail head, available in diameters from 0.30 to 3.175 mm, and are particularly suitable for soft PCB materials.
The ECA30-R is a 3.175mm shank double-flute end mill with a dovetail head, available in diameters from 0.8mm to 3.0mm, particularly suitable for milling aluminium.
The EAC30-R cutters are double-flute cutters with a 3.175 mm shank, with a drilling head, available in diameters from 0.8 to 3.0 mm and diamond coated. They are particularly suitable for milling aluminium.
The SC30-R cutters are single flute cutters with a 3.75mm shank, with a drilling head, available in diameters from 0.8mm to 3.0mm and are particularly suitable for milling rigid/flexible PCB materials and plastics.
