NF Trading S.r.l. offers a dedicated repair service for Sieb & Meyer drives, carried out in close cooperation with the original equipment manufacturer to ensure the highest level of quality, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.

Upon receipt of the faulty unit, we conduct a preliminary technical evaluation and issue a detailed quotation outlining the costs and necessary repairs. The service will proceed only after receiving the customer’s written confirmation of the quotation.

This transparent approach allows full control over costs and lead times, offering flexibility and confidence throughout the entire process.

📋 General Repair Conditions

Repair Warranty:
Repaired drives are covered by a warranty of 12 months or 1000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
Within this period, NF Trading commits to repairing any defects resulting from replaced components or repair-related issues, following internal technical assessment.

Warranty Terms:

  • Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.

  • The warranty does not cover damages due to natural wear, misuse, overload, unauthorized modifications, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

  • The customer must store the equipment properly and allow NF Trading to inspect the unit, if requested.

  • Claims for visible damage must be submitted within 2 weeks of delivery.

  • All obligations for inspection and defect reporting remain as per applicable regulations.

📌 Legal Notice

In the case of minor or non-substantial defects, contract termination cannot be claimed.
Once termination is exercised by the customer, no further compensation or damage claims may be pursued.
Unless otherwise agreed in specific contracts, no additional warranties — expressed or implied — are granted.
