Warranty activation

The spindle guarantee is valid only from the date of its activation and for a maximum period of six months. The customer is obliged to inform NF Trading srl immediately of the activation of the guarantee, under penalty of forfeiture. Furthermore, the guarantee is void if the technical feedback of the spindle components shows that they are excessively worn in relation to the declared activation date.
The repair is covered by the guarantee in the event of defects attributable to the repair carried out or to the spare parts replaced.
For example, if the spindle stops within six months of assembly due to collision with a metal part such as a spinet, this would not be a West Wind repair and therefore not covered by the warranty.

Spindle warranty:

The repaired spindle is covered by a warranty against repair defects for a maximum of 1000 hours and in any case for a maximum period of 6 months. During this period, we undertake to repair any spindle which, after a technical check by us, is found to be defective for reasons other than inexperience on the part of the customer. In this case, the repair will be carried out by NF Trading, which will bear all transport costs. It is not possible to exercise the right to terminate the contract in the event of minor breaches of the contract, in particular in the event of minor defects and serious defects. If the customer decides to terminate the contract, he will not be able to claim any compensation.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by wear and tear, improper use, excessive stress, modifications to the product or similar. The customer bears the burden of proof in all cases covered by the guarantee.
The Customer must allow NF Trading to inspect the item he considers defective.
In the case of obvious defects, the customer must make a claim within 2 weeks of delivery. This does not affect the obligations to inspect and notify defects in accordance with current legislation.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the individual contracts, NF Trading does not provide any other guarantees within the meaning of the law.
