Warranty Activation – Drives

At NF Trading, we are committed to providing high-quality repair services for electronic drives in close cooperation with internationally recognized manufacturers such as Sieb & Meyer. Each repair is carried out following strict technical protocols to ensure maximum reliability, performance, and transparency.

🛠️ Warranty Activation

The warranty for repaired drives is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery by NF Trading.
To ensure proper activation, the Customer must:

  • Complete the warranty activation form within 24 hours of receiving the repaired unit

  • Confirm receipt of the activation confirmation email
    If the confirmation email is not received, please contact our technical team without delay.

⚠️ Failure to activate the warranty or provide accurate information may result in automatic forfeiture of warranty coverage.

📌 Warranty Terms and Coverage

The warranty strictly applies only to the components that were repaired during the service.
For example:
If the output stage was repaired, only that specific component will be covered. Malfunctions in unrelated areas (e.g., control boards or power supply units) will not be covered.

Please note that electronic components naturally age over time, even while stored — oxidation of connectors and deterioration of capacitors may occur.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or damage due to unsuitable environmental conditions

  • Improper use, overloading, or unauthorized modifications

  • Repairs performed by third parties not authorized by NF Trading

  • Any tampering or mechanical alteration of the drive

🔍 Claims and Technical Checks

If a suspected fault occurs, the Customer must:

  • Report visible damage within 2 weeks of delivery

  • Allow NF Trading to inspect the unit

  • Provide technical documentation supporting the warranty claim

⚖️ Legal Provisions

In accordance with current regulations:

  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for minor or non-structural defects

  • If the Customer chooses to withdraw from the agreement, any right to compensation is forfeited
